Minions by the Dozen

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Supplies Needed:

One package of vanilla cake mix

One can of vanilla frosting

White cupcake wrappers

Box of Hostess® Twinkies®

Small decorative candy eyes (found at local craft store) or white Smarties®

Black licorice laces

Tube of black icing

Small round decorative tip

 

What to do:

Step 1. Prepare your vanilla cupcakes according to mix directions.

Step 2. Let cupcakes cool and frost with vanilla frosting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3. Cut Twinkies® in half and get ready to decorate your Minions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4.  Use icing to draw eyeglasses and a smile on your Minion.  Place two eyes (dot center with black icing for pupil if using Smarties®) in center of eyeglasses. 

Step 5. Cut licorice laces into small pieces.  Place ‘spikes of hair’ on top of Minion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6. Assemble your Minions and enjoy!
